TruTune active carbon airside inserts – any takes?

I have one on my desk in front of me at work, will be fitting it this weekend. ~14st on a 130mm hardtail so looking at adding 15-20psi, but would be interested to hear what others have added.

I added 10% more psi IIRC.

Really liking it, feels great, but have almost maxed travel travel on relatively small drops- still feels controlled, though. So adding a token back in (glad I went for the short one) as I’m off to South Wales next weekend and I think that’ll be spot on
