Before refitting onto a different rim I want to remove the dried 'wheel milk' from the inside of a panaracer UST tyre. Any top tips on how to do it quickly? Or am I doomed to spend ages picking it off? (It's not enough to come off in large sections at once).

Wickes do a bathroom/kitchen sealant remover. It comes in a tube like mastic, squeeze it on, leave it for a while then wipe off. You never know it might work on wheel sealant too.

it might also remove the rubber from your tires though!
