    Thinking about getting a Tacx 2240 Smart Trainer to replace my duff trainer – Can i use my Garmin HRM & Cadence Sensor?
    Ive been using TrainerRoad but fancy giving Zwift a go.
    Probably a dumb question….

    Yes. We have the exact model (Halfords special) and it performs very well with the Garmin kit.

    We’ve only had it a few weeks but so far it works well for the money. My OH is the main user and it works well on her mac (Zwift) with an ant+ usb stick in.

    Trainer wise, the only negative is it can’t comensate for downhill road sections but this is a minor gripe im comparison to the money we’d have to pay in order to get it.

    Moderately noisy.

    Can the ant+ dongles go into an iPad? I don’t have a laptop? Any recommended?
