its raining in Retford now, wasn’t forecast either
hope it holds off in clipstone, it would just be nice to have some dry bits of trail for tomorrow

carlton in lindrick – just north of worksop about 15-20mins away (in the car i’m afraid)

nice for the peaks though

40 mins to cutgate isn’t too bad, still an hour to Edale though

meeting by the cafe, ready to start riding for 10.30, no idea about distance though, thing with sherwood is that you’re never far from the car, so if you want to bail out early you can do quite easily.

I’ll not be there now, have fun. Will have to make do with a quick afternoon ride now.

Wife is still ill, as is one of the kids (have had wife+2kids ill all week…), so unlikely I will be there. 🙁 🙁

Great ride today folks, even though I was feeling crap and had to drop out early.

Would be good to make it a semi-regular thing as I have now found a load of new stuff to ride that I never knew was there!

yeah great ride. even managed a short loop after lunch. going to plan something a bit different for a few weeks time. details will follow so watch this space

Aye, it was a cracking ride. Great weather, a friendly bunch of people, considering the number of people it kept flowing nicely and just the one (comedy) crash. 😉
