    Hi
What’s the chance of 4 of us getting on one train from stirling to Glasgow tomorrow? Not rush hour?
    Cheers

On ScotRail, pretty likely I think (it’ll probably be late or cancelled though 😂).

LNER services are a PITA, they only take 4 bikes I think, have to be pre-booked & supposed to hang bikes by one wheel in a little cupboard. Faster, direct trains, but best avoided with bikes.

I don’t think there are any direct LNER services between Stirling and Glasgow.
You should be fine on a 6 carriage set, not sure about the HST sets.

Its bank holiday so could be more people than normal in off peak

Should be fine…I would be more worried about scotrail cancelling something again…

Depends on how many prams you find parked in the bike section.

It’s only 30 odd minutes and they are regular so I’d say should be easy enough. It’s the longer journeys that the guards are a bit stricter on for local services they really dont care.

Thanks everyone. 4 plus another chap made it on a 3 carriage train. The guard was very helpful. Full marks to ScotRail.
