    Is a “Shimano BL-M6000 Deore I-Spec-II Compatible Disc Brake Lever” compatible with a BR-MT500 calliper?
    My BL-MT500 lever has died and I’ve found the lever above at a reasonable price.

    Yes, should be. Both use the straight hose fitting rather than banjo.
