Some of these are VERY nice, particularly like the orange giant and the cannondale.
Here is mine, waiting for the train home after the Darlington round of the NECCL on Sunday gone (obviously i took the pump off for the race ;0)

That white pompino is lurrrrvly!
Nice Kona, love the colour. Surly's are nice as well.
yeah, I prefer the bright colours of the 06/07 ones. The blue 09 one just doesn't look as good somehow....
Here's mine (colour matched fork coming...)

sam is that a new model? something nice to replace my singlecross would give me something to aim for
EDIT: clicking on the photo reveals it is
STATO I saw you (well your bike really) at Darlo. was going to race but full of cold(sniff/coff) so wimped out, and pit-bitched for my mate. Thought it was abit unusual to see a surly at a cx race
bugger anyone know how i can make the pic bigger?
ta
Nice to see that there are very few bikes on here with chicken levers fitted.
Heres mine, though everyone else seems to be riding it at the moment.

Coleman - Orange and black TCX looks lovely, especially with matching tape.
Coleman - That Giant is amazing! I love it so much!
Cant get the hang of posting images, but check out the salsa la cruz - gives me the horn!
Dougal & will - Thanks for positive comments, Cheers guys.
Mine in off road mode before and after a ride, but used mainly for commuting.

iainc have you been up to whitelee on that yet?
iainc have you been up to whitelee on that yet?
...indeed, quite a few times last winter - it's a pretty spooky experience riding through the turbines in the dark on a wild night 😆
am off the bike till later this year but hoping to get a few rides in up there to get my fitness back. you been up there recently ?
Sam, what gear ratio do you use?
does putting knobblies on a road bike work ❓
Yeh Ian I was up at Whitelee last Saturday with my son - the place was packed. We rode for about 90 minutes just messing about. He was struggling in the strong wind though. The place has huge potential though. Plan on riding the spine road on my road bike on Friday.
Gary_M - I haven't been up there since they finished off the roads - is the spine road an ok surface now for road tyres ? will make a nice change to your commute !
I asked the guy in the visitor centre and he said it was tarmaced the whole way, which is about 6 miles I think from the Eaglesham road entrance to the sub station off the road near Auldhouse. If I get the chance to ride it on Friday I'll post on here. Should make a nice loop though.
....spine road is around 20km end to end (or at least it was when we were supervising the layout and early stages of construction of it.... -) 😆
mtbmatt - it's 42-19 on there at the moment which is a bit big but it's what I had. 38-18 is my more normal cross gear.

Someone told me that Iain and I though they meant there and back. So thats 26miles of car free tarmac riding then.

Well it is a CX bike so not that unusual 🙄 dont think youll see many going as slow as mine did tho, i had a bad knee you see (insert other excuses here) 😆
Gary_M - looking forward to hearing how it goes tomorrow 😛 During construction the site speed limit was 15mph and it took us nearly an hour to drive end to end - bloody hard to keep to but they actually set up speed cameras, which tbh was a very good idea to keep the accidents down !

Cheers for that Sam. I was hoping to use 44/18, but I guess that will be too big.
Looks like I'll need new cranks, unless anyone does a smaller SS chainring for 135PCD.
ive got 42:16 on at the mo because its decent for commuting but i think 39:18 is the starting point for most folk on ss cross like 32:16 on little wheeled ss mtbs and 32:18 on proper wheeled mtbs
