    Hi,

Q:Is making a ccdb air Shock better off jumps as simple as reducing the compression and rebound damping?

Im on a geometron g13. With lock down it’s not going to get ridden round and steep nasty fall line trails as there aren’t any round my way.

Currently It’s got a ccdb coil that’s set up for nasty fall line trails and feels ace.

I’ve also got a ccdb air and some smooth jumpy trails near to me…

Is it as simple as winding all the damping off until the bike bucks me on take off/ landing then adding a bit more damping?

    Cheers!

i may be very wrong, but i’d start with upping the LSC.

edit, cane creek suggest backing off the rebound.

Or the app version on your phone.

    Thanks!

I made it over a gap I’ve not cleared before so something worked : ) I backed off the high speed rebound, definitely more poppy.

I’ve used the guide when setting it up initially, I just wondered if there was any shortcut.

The app refuses to work on my current phone, its just the same as the guide.

    Cheers.
