Is there an way to change the helpful Google search box in the toolbar so that it searched google.co.uk, rather than google.com?

I’ve just uninstalled Inquisitor after reading a bit more about the behavior of its creator and his manipulation of the results to suit his needs.

Install Firefox. Much as I love my Mac, I find Safari infuriating, Firefox is way better.
