I’ll be working just north of Reading all next week, and need to schedule in some riding else I’ll come home 3 stone heavier than when I start. Does anyone happen to have a gpx for a nice ~25-40km road ride on quiet roads which they’d be happy to share?

Don’t have a gpx but head out towards Henley and nettlebed way. Lots of nice quiet roads.

The roads are the bits I cross over when the bridle ways stop.

Take a mountain bike!

I did this route as an audax from Sonning Common a few years ago- a great audax, well reccommended as an event whenever its on.
maybe you can stitch together a shorter route from that shown.

Thanks for the suggestions. I looked at contours and assumed mtb wouldn’t be worth the extra cleaning needed!
