We will be in touch
I have a set of Ti truss forks made for me by XACD, at the time I had them anodised in an oil slick/ rainbow colour which we can all agree looks *wicked*.
Anyway the time has come to strip it off to raw Ti, I understand this is easy enough and I have done this with drain cleaner and aluminium pedals before. My issue is finding a suitable container to fit the forks in and dealing with a load of acid after.
Any suggestions for a suitable container or method that doesn't involve submerging them would be gratefully received. They don't fit in my sink and my bath is plastic so I don't think that will work.

Fishtank? Usually a few going begging on marketplace
Wrap them in rags soaked with whatever you're using to strip the anodizing. Stand them in a bucket, and periodically pour the fluid over the rags to keep it wet.
Or, maybe wire wool would work. Harder work, but less chemicals
For Ti, it’s usually more about abrasion than the chemicals anyway. I’d warm them with a heat gun, apply the chemical to a Brillo pad, scratch it into the surface and then use some 1200/800 wet and dry sand paper.

Thanks all, hadn't thought of soaking rags in the acid. I have a scotchbrite pad that I use for raw ti which will remove the anodising but it takes a lot of work.
Why would you want to remove that?
Are you just going for raw ti?
I think they look amazing as they are, also how many sets of ti truss forks in a rainbow anodising are there. Not many.
Are the unique, possibly not, but I can't imagine you are ever going to see another set of those in person ever
