Yes have had a pair for around a month now very pleased with them. Comfy not too warm and just enough padding/protection.

Do they come up high enough so that the top of them can go under your bib shorts so they are super secure? (under baggies of course)

Yes mine go under my liner shorts , but they are pretty secure anyway don’t feel like they are slipping down.
