I'm after a bikepacking javket & It's a tossup between these two.
The microlight weighs in at 445g compared to 500g for the Electron,
but when I try the two on the Electron feels far warmer.
The difference in weight compared to the warmth feel does not appear to quite add up.
Just wonderring why that might be as the microlight is a good deal cheaper.

The electron is a really nice jacket and I nearly had one. Very lightweight and very packable for such a warm jacket and IMO a league above the microlight as far as warmth retention.
