    Complained yesterday as got my credit card bill with no refund on it. Got refund this morning

    I would check your refunds, I got a refund……for £21.17 they took £31.48!!
    Have sent a query asking them to explain why they’ve stolen 10quid!!

    I didn’t get a cancellation, but also haven’t got any headphones. Just popped them a note. Let’s see what happens.
