So you can only purchase things at their store, although you can click and collect you can only do so by paying upfront which negates the ability to use these vouchers?

I ordered a voucher and rang the store for an item I knew was instock and picked it up today with my voucher in hand. But it was on the system anything my account dunno how that would work if it wasn’t in stock give them a ring
