might be vendor-specific (e.g. new stuff from business sellers?) as stuff I’m watching on Evans, High On Bikes accounts have the code and offer tagged on the bottom of the ads.

It should work for international sellers, so long as it is shipping to the UK. It does for all of the stuff I have looked at anyway.
