Pint glass and a fork

Yip, I always make sure I've got a pint glass and a fork in my gym bag...

Wish I was as perfect as you go glupton

I have ordered a shaker but it will be a few days til it arrives, will try the pint pot and a fork method til it arrives.

Get one with the wire springy sphere thing rather than a mesh, so much better, and I supose would work in any flask too if you wanted to keep a few in your gym bag. But they're cheep and do the job well.

50/50 what glupton said though. I just like them as I've found a recipie that really does just taste like friji without the guilt! Th

My Protein do one with a metal spring ball - MASSIVE difference in mixing over the normal mesh ones.

These are great. For the sake of £1.99 why would you use anything else?

Empty milk carton, juice carton, water bottle, any vessel with a tight lid, etc.

Having always used mesh ones, few months ago received a wire ball one free from My Protein with an order.

Needless to say made no difference at all other than sounding like a kid's rattle. (ponders...must be aimed at the younger generation 😉 )

EDIT: I've only ever ordered Almond Butter from MP (cheapest/best anywhere I could find) - not to sure why they sent me it to be honest.

I just meant whilst you're waiting for the shaker, not as a permanent solution - in case you think I was being a smart arse.

Talking of which I bought a 5 kg bag of unflavoured Whey protein before remembering that I hate the taste of unflavoured stuff, so have a bag minus about 100g up for grabs if anyone wants to make me an offer:

Impact Whey Protein, Unflavoured, Pouch, Size: 5kg-Sports

Cost £50 posted, but will sell (inc postage) for £40. About 2 weeks old....

should see me now, i have to put my shoulders sideways through doors.

to the OP, suffer with a pint glass and fork for a few days, then you will be impressed with the plastic, mesh, shaker, when it arrives.

I buy the unflavoured all the time.
Then I just order the flavour bottles - chocolate, raspberry, banana are the best.
Toffee is good but can get sickly.
A great recipie is half an Onken cherry yoghurt, 2 scoops of whey protein, l-glutamine and 20 drops of chocolate flavour.

How does having a balanced diet or drinking milk help you mix protein powder?

Cheers molgrips.

And no PB, I didn't, genuine thanks. Got a manky old powerbar somewhere so that will tide me over.

Ps- I can't recommend the pint pot and fork method.

Cheers all
