@covert similar story. Turned out ok tho.
I ordered Jan 2nd so they were closed until the 3rd. Figured they’d be busy but Despatch is supposed to be 5 days so I emailed on day 6. Got an email back. Said they were busy and it’s been marked for urgent Despatch in 1-2 days.
Day 3 and no Despatch so I emailed again, said I’d just cancel it if it’s not despatched soon. Received another email. Apologies etc . Then got a Despatch email. Should have arrived the next day but then DHL delayed it by 24 hrs.
Arrived in good condition. I’d ordered a C120 7.6. They sent me a c125! No complaints so far

Thanks Stox…..I’ll give them a 2nd email midweek. It could be a tiny UK distributor and I guess it does not take much in the way of staff absence for the wheels to come off.

Mine arrived today…..only it didn’t….like you I ordered a c120 3.6 but a c135 arrived! From the casing at least it there is not a mark on it – looks brand new. Happy days!
