    Is it possible to set up a pop3 email box on a Blackberry 9700 Bold ?

    I need to be able to send and receive email through a pop3 account.

    Is your Blackberry enabled on BIS http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/software/internet.jsp If so its is a doddle to set up. I have 2 pop3 accounts on mine

    Do you know how to quickly toggle on/off/silence the 9700 ?
