    Pistons really sticky – I reckon loads of crap from yesterday when I ran both front and back down to metal!

    So – how do I free up / get the pistons out? Have split the caliper, but can't see how the pistons come out…

    it's easier without splitting the caliper tbh. Hold the one on the same side as the bleed nipple in and pump the lever until it pops, then stick an air line/pump on the bleed nip and blast that one out. You can't get spare pistons or seals from shimano, so make sure you don't damage them.
