I thought the bit about competing again was the smallest bit. Again massive can o’ Worms there but as a general rule we believe in rehabilitation in life & sport. If a ban is for a time then after that you are not banned (or have I missed something)
The bigger part was the desire to find out the who’s and whats from behind the scenes. The funding/money aspect the supply the rest.

It’s a shame the Oprah thing seems to be pre scripted by the legal guys as there are some bigger questions regarding the UCI etc that need asking.
