Has anyone bought a custom build from them before, any thoughts of builds and service/aftercare?
Lots of mixed reviews on reddit but trust pilot seems very good. Gonna get one of the new series Intel laptops as I just don’t have the need for a big tower anymore and need the portability, hiding from the kids and the wife etc.

I’ve a PC that’s been great for 3 years and by coincidence and way of recommendation I guess, having a laptop delivered by them for the kids today. Not needed aftercare (touches woods) so can’t comment.

We got some work laptops from them for the Devs. Probably about 100 in total. Reliability hasn’t been as good as HP or Dell.

Just looking at Dell now, they don’t appear to have any of the new 10th series Intel chips in their G7 laptops. Even their 9th series laptops are coming up at a similar price +/- £100 from the newer 10th series laptops on PCS.

I do have a dell laptop for work though and love it, its only a little latitude 7390 but its pretty swift and comfortable to use

I had a custom build PC delivered on thursday from them. There was a delay of about a week because of the current situation but I was kept well updated on build progress. A couple of cables became dislodged in transit but a quick call to the helpdesk had the issue quickly sorted. For the spec I wanted I couldn’t really find anyone cheaper and it seems to be running brilliantly so far 🙂

Had a gaming laptop built by them in 2014, it’s been great, it been all over the world in hand luggage, played many games (just finished red dead 2 on it), Very well made in a metal case (it’s not light), never had any problems with it. Will definitely get another from them one day.
