There’s a character in an old cartoon, a kind of tall lanky bird I think, big forehead, awkward looking, might have been in Whacky Races.

Can you ID him/find a pic? Reminds me of this bloke:

My memory is he was lanky and a bit feckless, prob pale blue or grey.

A face a bit like Orville but more pale and weathered. Big forehead.
