The problem with the potential polio outbreak is lower than needed vaccination levels which is the result of lower take up amongst ethnic minority communities and middle class idiots who thought these disease had been consigned to history and have a non specific fear of vaccines because they don’t understand them and have read some alternative life style rubbish blaming “chemicals” for all of life’s woes.
