Nowt wrong with that, all you need indeed for most regular trails, and can do other roles too as most Fargo owners will vouch,
I too had a Fargo, found it a bit harsh a ride unladen- though to be fair it was probably the ridged Halo rims i used, but a lovely finish frame set.
Funny the whole build has ended up on another Karate Monkey- a drop bar 29er commuter/roughstuff/shopping/pub bike etc idea- but defo a bit more of a springy ride. Bell Lap drops for the purists 🙂Posted 4 years agoconvertSubscriber
In principle yes – kind of a stout cross bike thingy.
However – for reasons purely of aesthetic taste that riser stem & stack of spacers abortion on the front leaves a bit of a taste. A frame with a bigger headtube is what sir needs (or a new back that still folds).Posted 4 years agocoastkidMember
