Are there any good mountain bike instructors within a 2 hr drive of Bristol. For 2018 I need to up my game and get out of true comfort zone.

I used pro ride mtb at FOD for a day and they were very good, I believe pedal progression at Ashton Court are supposed to also be good

Have a look at plus3mtb, course seems to cover all aspects of riding better/with more confidence. Not been on one yet but hope to later in the year. Have met one of their instructors Sandy a few times and he’s not only rapid but a genuinely nice guy.

Have heard very good things about Katy Curd so I’m booked in for a private coaching session in a couple of weeks.

I have also found pedal progression coaching to be good. Pedalabikeaway less so.

I can recommend Rob at Newlines MTB I’ve been guided around Dartmoor and Minehead by Rob and coached, Robs a really good rider and nice guy too.
