Any ideas where I can get those microwave heat bags/pads from?

they’re not the wheat ones so less flexible.

Wilkinsons has them

I got one from Sainbury’s a while back. In the pharmacy bit i think.

Sock + rice. Works perfectly, you may not even have to go out of the house!

A cloth bag/sock and some dried maize works well.

I got mine from Boots. But, I would think any largish pharmacy type place should have them.

Clas Ohlson stock an ethically sourced organic one supplied by my lovely swedish cousins.
