I have just bought an RP23 to replace the Swinger on my VT2 and wondered about the actual mounts. Can I bolt one off and the other on (both 190 by 50), or will it not be that simple?

    Many thanks,

    Dom.

The bolts are the same but the top hats/bushes are different, don’t know the actual sizes though, your rp probably has bushes in, you’ll need new top hats the correct width for your frame

No (to the OP) you’ll need a new mounting kit, the manitou use a 12mm bushing & mounting kit, and the fox a 12.7mm bushing & mounting kit.

You need to measure the current mounting kit to order a new one (bolt size and width of the mounts), from the likes of TF Tuned, Betd, Loco(?)

Though Wow! Tf tuned’s new webguide, makes it easy & supplies the details:

Thank you for your helpful replies. I will check out the links and give TF a ring if I get stuck!
