Hi All

Can someone recommend me a light wight waterproof jacket, looking to spend up to £100, i've seen a Rab Charge and a Mountane Atomic at this price point is there any difference in them or do you just choose the one you like?

It's only for wearing to and from work while its wet and relatively warm, got a wax jacket for the proper winter.

Cheers All

Nick

Mudguards and a cycling cape?

I did 120 miles the other day in on and off rain and would have boiled in a jacket or got soaked while putting it on and off.

A cape is on or off in seconds and also keeps most of your legs dry.

Not a cool look, I know, but it's nice being toasty.

I did have a waterproof as well, but it stayed in the saddlebag. 🙂

I recently got an waterproof Alpinestars All mountain jacket from CRC for £50. More than happy with it, have worn it in heavy rain and kept me bone dry..
