Anyone else have problems with their tubeless anchovies drying out over time? I have a Genuine Innovations metal thing (about a year old) to keep them in, but I still had an issue last week that the anchovies were almost too dry – they were stuck to the plastic sheet more than past experience, and didn’t seem to be as “gooey” as normal. If that all makes any sense?

Thoughts / ideas? Or just replace annually?

If that isn’t a euphemism it should be.😉
