Just had a "punishment pass"… What next?

This world is full of Wa****s if we dont make a stand they will continue to be Wa****s to the detriment of all those around them,ring the Old Bill.

Unfortunately they will be Wa***s all of their lives, there is little we can do to change it I feel, but that does not mean we have to put up with it. Fortnately I think its a minority, unfortunately its these people that can kill a cyclist or pedestrian, however the punishment by the courts is far to lenient. Look at that guy who has killed 2 cyclists and will be driving again eventually.
