I want one, however I don’t have a spare £25k to spend on the ultimate charcoal oven. I got to thinking “I’ll build something similar”

Anyone built an enclosed charcoal oven with switchable extraction capable of handling a lot of heat?

Morso have a nice pizza oven. A snip at £1500.

I built my own pizza oven for approx £800, pretty easy but time consuming, loads of plans/techniques/tips out there on the internet. I’d imagine it would be possible to build a charcoal oven/grill quite easily yourself as well.

I’m liking this, toying with the idea of building one that also heats an outdoor hot tub, anyone built similar?
