Some help required please,
Wife's laptop (DELL lattitude D505) has decided not to start up correctly well,not at all really
it gets to the windows page with the bar thing that goes across as it's loading,
then shuts down and restarts taking you to a page where you can select normal restart, safe mode,we select normal restart and same thing happens,
It's done this before and we were told how to solve the issue but having slept since then we've forgot!!
Any advice welcome as she's now talking about a new note book, which is going to cost,
safe mode, then restart it
Dodgy memory? Try taking it out and putting it back in again?
Tried both of these, none successful, might cost for a new one.
