Couple of tips I’ve heard before, try going ti bed somewhere dufferent, sofa, spare bed, floor to break cycle.
Make yourself have to do a boring job if you cant sleep, mine was clean whole of downstairs, you cant stop half way though if u get tired, after a few times you should end up begging yourself for bed.
I eventually learned to g with it, not stressing was the key with me, but still have bad nights like tonight. The loneliness feelings was what I hated.
