Typical! Budweiser rebrand Budvar as a dark alternative to Bud. Im pretty sure that Budvar was originally a golden larger (much like Budweiser, which im led to believe was a poor copy of Budvar).

Having a dark beer night tonight.

Nice bottle of Grasmore Dark to start which was very enjoyable.
Followed that up with Jennings Snecklifter and McConnells Irish stout at the local pub.

Now 00:30 pick up. I could have had a small beer.

just had a bottle of old peculier from the Graham Wheeler recipe. next up, a bottle of Hobgoblin (real thing) and then my last can of Old Golden Hen. If I want any more after that it’s out to the shed for some kit-brewed Scammonden Dark, or, if there’s any left, a Centennial American Pale Ale. Or some more OP. 27 bottles left
