As above really. I've got a new hose ready to go on my Osprey bladder but can't see how to remove the plastic surrounding. Any ideas? I don't want to pull it too hard in the wrong way.

Pour boiling water over the union?
Just a guess, but works for camelbacks, source, karrimor and all others I've used.

Press the button at the bottom od the plastic, and slide up. Hose conection is below that. Be carefull, or you can pinch the bladder and puncture it.
Not that I managed that 🙂
