Escape of water:
• Your policy will not pay for loss or damage caused by subsidence, heave or landslip that results from the escaping water

look like a std clause – can’t see it being an issue but not noticed it before.??

?? does it mean escape of water from my house – or if a water tanker blew up next door ?

Not checked my policy for that but to be honest Id hope/expect it to be covered!
