Hi im getting my first mountain bike after years of convincing myself I didn't need one as my hybrid was fine for off road as I'm more of a roadie
I'm looking at the above and would like some opinions.. Has to be from halfords and I like the voodoo bizango 29er or the Boardman comp!
I have £695:to spend

bizango wont mtb of the year in mbr magazine iirc.
Both look comparable value wise, & nothing screams beware geo wise. I like 29er's & the Bizango looks like a good one to me
On of my work colleagues has a Bizango and he loves it...
I had a similar choice a few years back - they wouldn't let me take them for a spin but the massive weight difference made my mind up for me - went for the Boardman.
