We will be in touch
My 2010 Marin, according to the spec sheet, has the following headset.
FSA ZST No.10, Internal Headset Steel Cup Plastic Top Cover, Black, 1 1/8" Threadless
It isnt in the best of health, so if I was to replace, is it possible to get something better ? Ive tried google, forum searches etc but it all gets very confusing, some describing these headsets as semi integrated and very frame specific etc...
I want a better part if im replacing it, so what would fit ? If I was looking at Cane Creek or Hope, which ones would I need ?
over to the STW knowledge base !
Cheers

Stem has stack height of 40mm if that also helps. Two spacers under it which places stem at the top of steerer with no steerer overlap above the stem.
Try this?

I used some info off Cane Creek's site to find mine. V helpful.
This is what I used, but if your bike's in the headset fit finder, you're sorted 🙂
PS. If it works, that'll be £15 please.
No free favours on STW.
Going by the description the ZST is normally for zerostack/semi intigrated. Hope call this an Integral headset and from the pick and mix headsets it is a 2-top cup and B-bottom cup.
There is this FSA on that is pretty good, mine lasted 2 years abuse with no maintneance before i needed to change the bearings (these can be bought seperately) I bought a new headset before realising about the bearings and then sold it on to philconciquence from here as i changed my forks and needed a headset for them.

The hope one as an all in one

however i think the pick and mix works out cheaper, especially here
