I got banned for promoting the SingleTrackWorld Southern Festival, the same day the prizes they had sent me arrived.

STW southern festival was the one-off precursor to the Big Bike Bash which I also got banned for promoting

I got banned once for posting a picture of some hemorrhoids.

I only get emails about inappropriate posts and the posts deleted on threads where people have said much worse things. I think it’s only inappropriate though if someone else complains.

Personally I don’t see why not because 1) those that know what I’m referring to will know anyway, and 2) those that don’t wont. So the state of play remains the same.

I received a couple of bannings, and a very sharp phone conversation with the mag editor, after which I apologised.
I also got a ban for a comment someone else (swiss tony) made. I got unbanned sharpish.
