The section after angry man’s gates – is that whole bit of the trail out of action or can you drop in somewhere?

Do you mean the section after the road crossing ? It’s only the handrail on one of the bridges missing, nothing unrideable.

So where can you drop on to the trail? The entrance is pretty well closed off ?

I just lifted my bike over the barrier about two weeks ago.

Ah OK – Just ride up the road a few hundred meters and rejoin the trail near the gate to the big house.

Ah ok, we’re at cross purposes Snaps. That’s the bit that’s now closed off.
In other news, we’ll have to get an old school Dartmoor ride together once the moor dries out a bit ?

Not sure where it’s actually closed but you can get onto the red down from the road at the side of the quarry.

the bottom half of the red is closed for upgrades from the big house. Has been out of action for the last two weekends,

I heard a rumour that the bit where it rejoins the fire road at the very bottom is going to be a bit more swoops to add to the fun. We’ll see 🙂
