I’m going to be spending a month in Coleraine. I’ll be bringing my guitar and my bike. Any good riding round there?

Been a while since I’ve been on the bike but there were but there were some good natural trails round Binevenagh/ Ballycarton, which is along the coast, west of Coleraine. Nothing that would take you long though.

Garvagh forest has been developed as a small trail centre. Not much elevation, but it gets good reports for the flow.

Davagh forest is probably the best in the local vicinity. Some great trails and plenty for an afternoon if you do a couple of loops.
