Get yer Ti out

SimonR, Lynskey also sleeved my Ragger’s cracked seat tube to 27.2, I wasn’t happy with that as I like my reverb. So they took it back immediately and reamed it out to 31.6 again without any quibble. Been fine ever since. 😀

I must admit I love ti but every time I cleaned my Pegasus I was filled with dread in case I found a crack

I have an 11″ titanium structure round my spine holding it together after i borked it back in 1991, known as a Hartman loop – it’s held in place by an assortment of Titanium bolts n’ screws, it’s quite easy to feel it and if i lie on my back i rock like an upturned turtle as my spine doesn’t really flex that much.

Needless to say i do feel an affinity with Ti so that’s why i like Ti bikes

I know where you’re coming from on the affinity thing 😉 – though the sprinkling of Ti bolts in me head somewhat pales into insignificance compared to your piece of sculpture, Somafunk!
