Just got back from a ride and about 5 miles from the end, my GD decided to stick down which made for an interesting last leg of the ride.

Now, I’ve just slung the bike in the potting shed and not looked at it, so before I do, any ideas why it’s stuck and what to do to fix it before I get the persuader out and hamfistedly bugger it!

Try the twisty collar at the top of the lower tube, it’s a sort of tensioner and was all I needed to do when mine wouldn’t stay fully extended. Small twists mind!

Herman has it. The collar needs to be just tight enough. If too tight then the dropper part sticks at one of the set levels.
