Camping between Beddgelert and Caernarfon for 4 days as of this weekend and looking to get a day’s riding in nearby.

An obvious ride is Snowdon (up Llanberis and down Rangers) but that’s either bonkers early or after 5pm. Looking for a full day ride – don’t mind travelling a reasonable distance…so thinking the old Marin trail in Betws y Coed AM and possibly Penmachno PM….not ridden either for about 8 years so not sure how much they’ve changed.

Don’t want to go as far as CYB as there in 4 weeks time.

Good/bad idea or anything better? TIA

Marin & Pen will do, you could always link them, or do a double Marin and then Pen

It depends what you mean by a day’s riding…

Llyn Cowlyd route is dry and running very nicely at the moment, so you could do that along with Gwydir Mawr (Marin)

Can’t go wrong with any of these imho
