Depends on the freehub, but that one looks very much like the non serviceable sort.

Not designed to be serviceable
You can sometimes kind of get them going again by flushing through and re lubing.
If you are keen and make a tool you can strip it, normally something like this inside, PITA to put back together.

I've had great success with flushing and re-oiling (Shimano).
