    What do you do for packing the bike up for the plane?

    Ever run into any difficulties or does it always seem to work out?

    flown a few times, home and abroad.
    in the past I have contacted a company/warehouse near the airport, and asked them if I can leave my bike box with them.
    this has worked on 2 occasions.

    I’ve flown with cardboard boxes, just collect a new one at the airport (some airlines sell them) or a local bike shop then get a cab to the airport.
