    Where can I get a fixed wheel with disc. The only ones I have seen recently are Phil Wood super expensive hubs.

    Or you could just use a standard screw on ss disc hub.

    It’s what I was advised to do will I wait for the surly one.

    I would imagine some good knee popping/jarring with a disc on a fixie…there would be too much to think about for my liking. Good luck!

    It’s fooking hard work and very stupid off road though, I bought it for my kona sutra commuter bike but had to try it on my 29er, you really have to think about where the pedals are when going over logs and rocks, was very good in the snow though as I had loads of control over the speed without needing to brake.

    A front freewheel on the cranks must be used with this hub.
