Ok I have made a mess of my shoulder.

I saw my gp last week (for the third time since November) and finally got referred to a neurologist, though the appointment isn’t til 2days before SITS.

The irritating thing is I have major shoulder pains after riding/rowing/doing weight in the gym and will be unable to move the problem shoulder for a day or two. It also effects my breathing now. Also my gp referred my only because of a trapped ulnar in the same arm and I’m hoping it’s the same problem so they both get fixed.

What are my realistic options here?

I really don’t want to just stop doing things. I can't run due to knee problems, so I'll be unable to do anything until it’s resolved. Swimming causes pains in shoulder and leg. 🙁 I’m running out of ideas 😛 even reaching over the board playing chess effect the shoulder.

Go and see a physio who specialises in shoulders, yes, they exist, asap, there's one in Leeds. Don't know where you are in the world.

I think I shall, as thats probably the best option.

It annoys me that these thing seem to take foreveer on the NHS. It took 10years for my knee problem to be diagnosed (initally it was just a torn acl, now theres complications).

Two more problems to go now…
