TBH the batteries are fairly new but I dont understand why they are not holding a charge.

I using them in a Exposure “Spark” and I need them for training.

Any advice welcome (be nice though)

    cheers

I’ve had a fair bit of trouble with too but they were a year old although not used that regularly, ended up buying some new batteries.

Make sure the charger is working. Does the little l.e.d flash?

mine was faulty from day 1. It only charges one side.My batteries were leaking within a week aslo. and now my front light is flickering.

Dont think i’ll be buying anymore lights from exposure. Cheap tat wrapped in a pretty package Imo

Is the light old? Could you send it back under warranty? or have you tried exposure to find out what they would charge to replace the battery in it?

If not, smudge was providing cells for the joystick lights and trout was replacing them for those that didn’t have tools etc. If you email trout through his web site he may be able to advise what he would charge to replace the battery if it is possible.

Cheers STW, the light has 2 separate batteries, TBH, I’ll pop into my LBS and just buy 2 more batteries, max £6, I’ll try that first.

    Cheers

Well give Exposure a call/email. Their customer service is usually pretty good.

Well I called them up and WOW what great customer service, explained what was wrong, how long I have had it etc, etc, the end result was they a sending me a new charger, TBH I didn’t expect that at all as I was only ringing them for advice.

So all in a really happy customer and would recommend Exposure Lights to all.

    Thanks again to all.
